JOB VACANCY COSTUMER SERVICE 

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Roles & Responsiblities: 

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. 

3. Communicating with customers through various channels. 

4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 

Requirements: 

1. Minimum D3 in any field 

2. Customer orientation and ability to SHOPPING CENTER (JALAN PANTAI KUTA-BALI) adapt/respond to different types of characters 

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills 

4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 

5. Good Oral and written communication in English

6. Able to operate Microsoft Office 

7. Willing to work with a shifts and during holiday
