BOOKING AGENT
Requirements:
• Diploma in tourism, hospitality or relevant field
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Customer-service experience
• Data entry experience and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Strong computer profiency and email communication skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit
