A five star luxury resort located in Peliatan Ubud Bali invite applications from
Indonesian nationals for the position of:
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
» Strong experience managing and leading operations in reputed fine dining restaurants and 5" Hotels (minimum 3 years).
» Strong knowledge as a sommelier, creating Wine list, training other members to optimize sales.
» He/she should have a passion for luxury service and set up high standards amongst the Team. Supervising the service to achieve the levels of service setisa must. Finesse is a guality that is required
» Leadershipis a skill that isa Must to guide team members to excellency.
» Excellent command of English, other languages aplus.
» Experience managing multi outlets offer,
