SOUS CHEF
Qualifications :
1.Max 30 - 35 years old
2.Previous, relevant experience as an Sous Chet or a high-pertorming Chef De Partie in a first-ciass properties
3.Experience with HACCP standard
4.Excellent leadership skills
5. A creative approach to the production of high-guality food
6. A business-focused approach to managing multiple outiets and banguets
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Ability to build relationships, internal and external department
9. Excellent pianning and organizational skills
Responsibilities
1. Develops, designs, or creates new menus and recipes based on standards or artistic contributions.
2. Reviews and adjust systems and procedures in the kitchen to ensure their efftectiveness.
3. Demonstrates knowledge of high-guality food products, presentations, and flavors.
4. Actively seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all guest gueries in a timety and efficient manner
5. Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
6. Supervise all kitchen daily operations, including preparation and food production, while arranging and training kitchen staff.
7. Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
8. Managing the kitchen Inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high guality
9. Maintaincost effectively without reducing guality in order to achieve profitability of food production.
