We are a middle to high-end property marketing management start-up focusing on short & long term rental such as hotel, villa, glamping and various accommodation types in Bali.

Job Description
· Identify new properties that meet our standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness etc.
· Acquire new hotels by following our sales process - opportunity assessment, company introduction, sales pitch, product demo, contract negotiations and closing.
· Consistently achieve individual monthly properties targets.
· Build relationships with colleagues and clients in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
· Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
· Min.1 year experience at the same position in the hotel/travel industry.
· Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, excel)
· Able to drive a car & have a driving license (A)
