We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waitress to provide excellent dining service and ensure a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests.
- Provide accurate information about menu items and promotions.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene and service standards.
Requirements:
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry is preferred.
