DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE 

 

REQUIREMENT: 

• Male or Female 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in a senior creative role with a track record of successful creative direction and project management minimum in 2 Years.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.

• A deep passion for creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design, advertising, or fine arts. A master's degree is a plus!

• Proven years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role within an advertising agency or creative studio.

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, demonstrating expertise in various mediums, such as print, digital, video, and experiential.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor creative professionals.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to clients.

• In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and industry-standard software tools and technologies.

• Strong understanding of brand development, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

• A passion for creativity, innovation, and a strong pulse on current trends and emerging technologies in the creative industry.

 

As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration, and delivering outstanding creative solutions that exceed client expectations. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects in Elizabeth International

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

• Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts that align with the client's objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.

• Provide creative direction and guidance to the team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative creative solutions.

• Review and provide constructive feedback on design layouts, copywriting, and multimedia elements to maintain high standards of creativity and brand consistency.

• Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and according to clients' specifications.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of creative strategies with overall campaign objectives.
