QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Proven experience with a minimum of three years in the same capacity
2. Demonstrated excellent communication skilis, both oral and written (English)
3. Able to establish a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product guality
4. Strong leaderstup, organization, and communication skills
5. Solid team player with strong focus on attention to detalis
6. Ability to train and develop
7. Innovate and implement new Ideas/concepts. Build and maintain team morale and demonstrate effective leadership skilis
