REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary arts or in a well-established restaurant or full-service hospitality industry (1)
- Knowledge of food cost, inventory management and purchasing (1)
- At least 2 years of experience in culinary (2)
- Have min. 1 year of experience in culinary (3, 4)
- Have min. 6 months of experience in culinary arts or training program (5)
- Have experience serving Dim Sum, Italian, or South American Cuisine would be preferable
- Knowledge and ability to run a section
- Passion for delivering great food and service
- Highly skilled to implement procedures and equipment used in the storage, care, preparation, cooking, and dispensing of food in large quantities
