- Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.
SOUS CHEF/KITCHEN CHEF
- A culinary all-rounder with strong leadership skills, able to guide and develop a small team
- Creative and hands on individual, proficient in menu creation and presentation
- Keen eye for detail, maintains highest standards of cleanliness of all working areas
- Excellent communication and training competencies
- Passion for good food, local ingredients and a quality customer experience
SENIOR COOK CDP
- A culinary all-rounder with strong organizational skills
- Support Head Chef in leading a small team
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipmentExcellent
- communication and training skills .
- Experience in the same position minimum 1 years
- Passion for good food, local ingredients and a quality customer experience
ENGINEERING
- Previous hospitality experience in engineering and pool maintenance
- Trained in chemical use and accurate record keeping for optimal pool water quality
- Experience in electrical, and civil engineering
POOL CLEANER (Daily Worker)
- Maintains pool and water features using proper chemicals and cleaners
- Must have experience in pool maintenance, including chemical use and testing
- Keeps accurate records of all activities
- Able to join immediately
