Qualification: 

• Degree in Human Resources or related field 

• At least 5 years of HR experience in Hospitality Industry 

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive position 

• People oriented and results driven 

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices 

• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills 

• Excellent in training and development, coaching and performance management 

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
