Maya Resorts Bali invites applications from Indonesian nationals for the position of:
TRAINING MANAGER "MAYA ACADEMY MANAGER"
Requirements:
- 2 years of progressive work-related experience in Learning & Development department
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Must be adept at analyzing large amounts of data and creating recommendations and strategies for development program
- Implement the annual training and development section of Human Resources Business Plan to control training activities within budgeted guidelines
