We are hiring potential candidates for DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING 

Requirements : 

1. 35 - 45 years old 

2. Aminimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel/convention centre 

3. Fluent written and spoken English 

4. Responsible for producing and managing the sales budget to maximize the hotel's sales across all revenue streams 

5. Highly motivated hands-on approach to mentor and lead the sales team through strategic planning 

6. Strong leadership. problem-solving, critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, the ability to learn and apply new information 

7. Life skills-based hygiene education, understanding of concepts and product development 

8. Hard working, intelligent, adaptable and communicative 

9. Any other proffessional studies or enhanced courses undertaken will be advatageous
