LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for candidates with the following key qualifications:
- minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development of 5 Star hotels
- Experience in hotel pre-opening and/or conversion/re-branding is a great advantage
- Familiarity with all aspects of Learning & Development including but not limited to building service culture, brand/guality assurance, training need analysis, training design and evaluation
- Strong leadership in driving Learning & Development projects
- Effective communication skills
- Good command of English
