We are a fast-growing travel company based in Bali. A part of PT. Madhava Kreasi Indonesia. Currently connected over 1,000 accommodation & activities options in Bali and will expand to all of the destinations in Indonesia.
JOB POSITION
Reservation Executive
Job Description
· Handle enquiries concerning reservations and ensure that all enquiries are replied within 24 hours.
· Giving recommendations for alternative hotels/villas to our customers.
· Checking availability, follow up confirmation, amendments or cancellation.
· Coordinate with all business partners such as hotels, villas, suppliers to make reservations according to the clients requirement.
· Input reservation data and ensure that all data is accurately entered on the reservation report/system.
· Follow up pre-payment or deposit for all reservations received.
· Review and control daily activity in the reservation team.
Requirements
· Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
· Min. 2 year experience at the same position in the hotel/travel industry.
