UMI Resort Uluwatu is a luxury boutique resort located in Uluwatu, Bali, scheduled to open in June 2026. Designed with nature-inspired luxury suites and signature three-tier infinity pools, the resort is located just 200 meters from Uluwatu and Suluban beaches.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Division Manager to join our pre-opening team and lead the operational setup and daily management of our Room Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Room Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Reservations
• Establish and implement operational standards, SOPs, and service procedures aligned with luxury hospitality standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and personalized guest experiences
• Manage room inventory, occupancy, and coordination with reservations to maximize operational performance
• Lead, train, and develop department teams to maintain service excellence and strong team culture
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and effectively
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow across the resort
• Support all pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, and operational readiness

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role in a luxury hotel or 4-star/5-star resort
• Strong operational background in Front Office and Housekeeping
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of guest service standards and hotel operations
• Familiar with PMS systems and operational reporting
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Passionate about hospitality and team development
