FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Requirements:

- You have a solid understanding of all operations within the asset but your passion is F&B You know your strength well, and work on improving areas of lesser expertise
- You think strategic and can conceptualize, visualize and communicate your ideas well The opinion of others matters and you are keen to listen
- Proven leadership skills
- As a business leader, you are motivated by exceeding set targets
- Detail-oriented but keen to explore and take 'risk'
- Strong understanding of the P&L and the ability to read batwaen lines.
- Driven and determined to be unigue, different and creative in developing experimental dining moments.
- No less than 5 years of relevant expertise related to the role
- Preferably post experience in a very remote location and in a multi-cultural environment
