Job Description

SALES & OWNER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take over qualified property management leads and manage through closing phase Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and business partners

• Prepare, analyse, and fully understand ROl projections and performance estimates

• Clearly explain ROl calculations and assumptions to prospective owners

• Meet prospective owners and conduct structured property visits and assessments

• Drive new properties' onboarding process and ensure timelines are respected

Coordinate closely with Legal, Purchasing, Accounting, Operations and Revenue teams

• Ensure contracts, documentation, and system setups are completed on time

Act as main point of contact for assigned owners, building trust-based relationships

• Coordinate all owner requests and follow-ups with the internal teams

• Ensure owners receive regular updates on property performance and happenings

• Present monthly financial reports to owners, addressing questions as needed

• Monitor owner satisfaction, identify early risks, and act proactively to support retention

• Coordinate property termination processes professionally with other departments

• Maintain a high level of professionalism for all owners, partners, and any interactions

• Collaborate with the Sales department and support the Sales Manager with daily tasks

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Background in real estate or villa management with good knowledge of Bali market

• Mentally strong and resilient person, able to handle pressure and difficult situations

• Confident and assertive, able to set boundaries and say no when required

• Strong commercial mindset with solid sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent client relationship and conflict management skills

• Able to fully understand, adopt, and consistently apply company processes

• Highly organised, fast, and able to multitask efficiently

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills, with good logic and prioritisation

• Flexible and mobile, comfortable with frequent meetings and site visits around Bali

• Perfect professional appearance and behaviour at all times

• Fully fluent in English; and French speaking is a strong plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations)
