GUEST RELATION OFFICER
- Proven experience asa GRO in 5* Luxury Resort/Villa
- Preferabty male
- Customer service experience
- Excellent In written. comrespondence and fluent in Engish
- Communication skills
- Excellent knowiedge of MS Office
- Experiance with VHP system is a priority
- Data eniry experience
- Night oudit experience
- Hoands-on character
- Driving ability with valid driving Icense
- Attention to detal and ownership personolity
- Mulfi-tasking abdty and weli handiing of time-manogement
- Deliver personairze attention and sincerity of service from the hearth
- Rexible working hours s amust
- A swift adaptabiity to the system, the team, fhe department and the Resort
