REViVÒ Wellness Resorts is a luxury Resort on a nestled amidst, the breezy hills of Nusa Dua in south Ball is looking for qualify candidate for vacancy as of follows:
“GUEST RELATION OFFICE”
- Proven experience as a GRO in 5* Luxury Resort/Villa
- Preferably male
- Customer service experience
- Excellent in written, correspondence and fluent in English communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with VHP system is a priority
- Data entry experience Night audit experience
- Hands-on character
- Driving ability with valid driving license
- Attention to detail and ownership personality
- Multi-tasking ability and well handling of time-management
- Deliver personalize attention and sincerity of service from the hearth
- Flexible working hours is a must
- A switt adaptability to the system, the team, the department and the Resort
