• Front Office Supervisor
The candidate must also possess the following:
- A minimum of 5 years in the relevant position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great decision-nuking and problems solving skills
- Good leadership skills
- Strong ability to motivate staff
- Degree in Business Administration,
- Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred
The ideal candidate will lead. work with, and develop a highly motivated and passionate team to provide exceptional guest experience and top-notch hospitality service - to continuously meet and exceed the highest possible standards. Must be operationally hands-on. business-oriented, and an excellent communicator as well as a real team player. while being able to adapt troubleshoot and take charge in a variety of situations.
