YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Preferably with Realta Hotel System
- Good English communication
- Highly motivated, ability to work pressure. good team player, adaptable proactive, & guest oriented.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Maintain excellence in customer service
- Provide service and information to guest and deliver the most meaningful way
- Handle all guest correspondences and ensure prompt follow up
- Achieve target New Enrolment for ALL and Accorplus Membership
