General Requirement:
- Proven experience minimum 2 years of relevant experience in 4/5 stars luxury hotels or luxury resorts
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- Resourceful, creative and able to maintain flexibility
- Charming, motivated, energetic and positive personality with a guest service focus
