Job Vacancy Executive Sous Chef – Maya Ubud
MAYA UBUD RESORT & SPA
A five star luxury resort located in Peliatan Ubud, Bali invites applications from Indonesian nationals for the position of:
EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
» Minimum 3 years in similar position.
» Possess good leadership and disciplinary skills, displays natural authority.
» Appreciates contact with the guests.
» Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills.
» Comfortable with administrative duties including scheduling, ordering, reports.
» Knowledgelebe in fine-dining operations.
» Knowledgeable in both Indonesian and Western cuisines.
» International experience is a plus.
» Fluent English Is reguired.
