EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
Qualifications:
» Bachelor's degree in culinary science or a relevant field.
»Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar role.
» Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, best practices and creativity in culinary.
» Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
» Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
» Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
» Food safety certification
» Indonesian citizen (with overseas experiences is a plus).
