REQUIREMENTS:
- Having a knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and menus
- Having a knowledge of F&B operations and F&B safety
- Aware of all hygiene and sanitation standards and procedures
- Have an experience in similar position min. 2 years in Hospitality
- Fluent in English Responsible for duties
- Manage SPA and oversee all aspect of the front of house
- Responsible for day to day operation, facility condition, stock control, guest satisfaction and team members
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; Implement changes
- Ensure staff carries out tasks appropriately according to their designation Properly delegate, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned front end tasks
