5 years experience in the same position for Manager and 2 years for others .
Strong interpersonal & organization skills .
Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury resort environment.
Well presented , outgoing pleasant personality .
Dynamic & creative approach to service standards .
Excellent English communication skills.
