Position : Dim Sum Chef
General Requirement :
- Proven track record of working experience at least 3 years with established restaurants in similar position
- Sound product knowledge of various dim sum menu with culinary technigues and modern trends
- Excellent people management to build and maintain positive working relationships with all staff
- Able to produce seasonal menus
- Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices and abide by relevant government food safety regulations
- Able to weekends and Public Holidays and work under pressure
