A stylish beachfront resort located in the heart of Sanur invites applications from Indonesian nationals for the position of:
EXECUTIVE CHEF
» Minimum 4 years experience in similar position
» Energetic & positive individual and team player
» Innovative & creative approach to menu composition
» Thoroughly familiar with HACCP systems
» Able to work flexible hours to manage three independent specialty restaurants with a total 270 of seats, plus banguet facilities for up to 200 persons.
» Excellent English communication skills
