WE ARE INVITING POTENTIAL CANDIDATES TO MEET OUR CHALLENGE FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS : SOUS CHEF
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/certification in a culinary discipline preferred
- 2+ years' experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent, preferably in a four-star property
- Advanced local/indonesian culinary knowledge is expected on this position
- Proven leadership and managerial skills and exceptional customer service is a plus
- Extremely creative with strong service skills and demonstrated ability to energize a diverse team of culinary professionals
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
