QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min 3 years experiences in the same position in 5 star International Chain Hotel
- Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices Ability to provide consistent food quality
- Ability to manage the kitchen and monitoring food preparation, delivering and presentation
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- English literate, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic and positive individual.
- Have leadership skills.
